The CCI Contact Desk and the City of Tallinn jointly organized a research trip to the international conference named "Stadt nach Acht" held in Berlin from the 16th to 18th of November.
The conference served as an interdisciplinary platform for discussing and promoting night culture.
As a result of an open call, three very active, ambitious, and inspiring night culture actors came with us on this journey.
Fortunately, we had the support of other Estonian nightlife actors and international partners, such as the Clubcommission Berlin during the conference. We made an effort to absorb as many impressions as possible, engaged in lively discussions, and gathered inspiration. The main goal was to generate ideas and learn about various approaches that can help to strengthen the night culture. This knowledge will be used to prepare for our next project, which will take place in Tallinn in 2024. Our objective is to bring together night culture actors and discuss the future of this often-overlooked sector in the Creative Industries.
