We have some news from the Creative Ports partner Media Evolution, a community platform that fosters innovation and growth in the digital industries of Southern Sweden, through collaborating, sharing ideas and knowledge.
Media Evolution is offering the workshop "Futures of creative output" on 26 October in Malmö. The workshop will be facilitated by Nicolas Arroyo and Julie Reindl from Bespoke - a global Futures Design Studio based in Copenhagen working in the intersections of strategy, design, business and culture.
Media Evolution has just released the book 3rd4ALL that is focusing on public spaces, also known as third places. The third place is found in the public domain, usually in forms such as community centers, libraries, parks, start-up cafés, or idea hubs. The public domain has increasingly fallen victim to commercialization, an unsettling trend that has systematically reduced the number of genuinely public spaces, as well as their visitors. 3rd4ALL is Aat Vos, who is the author of the book, personal call to action: let’s save public spaces and revitalize our society.
