ABCD Workshop for CCI Internationalisation #3

10 May 2021 - 11 May 2021

WHY?

Internationalisation is a broad and complex concept that became even more important under the impact of the pandemic. Many of us - change makers, project managers or entrepreneurs in the field of culture and creative industries - find it difficult to work together when the contact is limited and digitalised. At the same time the process of internalisation, bringing our projects beyond culture and border restrictions, is facing new opportunities.

FORMAT

We are offering the ABCD Scanning Tool for CCI Internationalisation, to understand current challenges and potential and deliver solutions based on changing, unprecedented times. In this process time flies, results are quickly produced and new connections are developed. Delivered in a form of interactive workshop, the tool is built on the internationalisation needs and drivers of change within the CCI in each Baltic Sea region. It helps participants to map, analyse and conduct primary ideation towards finding potential solution(s).

PARTICIPATION

This participatory, professional and fun online workshop gathers intermediaries and cultural practitioners from Baltic Sea region to provide a space for facilitated discussion and co-creative exercises. All participants receive a brief online form prior to the workshops to map the most urgent needs and expectations. Communication skills in English are required.

The first two ABCDs have already gathered numerous people from the Baltic Sea region, together we have collected over 300 ideas for current internationalisation problems. Join the Scanning Tool community to improve your internationalisation skills and participate in the 3rd ABCD Scanning Tool.
