The 3rd Cultural Mobility Forum is hosted by On the Move member Wales Arts International in Caernarfon, Wales on 25-26 April 2024 and registration for online participation is still possible. The programme consists of panels and discussions covering topics related to cultural mobility and training and professional development opportunities.
The annually hosted Cultural Mobility Forum is part of On the Move's multiannual programme co-funded by the European Union. It aims to provide a platform to collectively investigate international artistic and cultural mobility trends in different event formats with the support of its members and partners. The forum is connected to data analysis and the articles included in the Cultural Mobility Yearbook 2024. This year's focus lies on 'Cultural mobility beyond internationalisation' in the form of ‘professional development programmes’, such as individual or collective training courses, masterclasses, coaching and mentoring sessions, or creative apprenticeship opportunities helping individuals to build a sustainable professional pathway.
